SVĀDHYĀYA
Learning Events
Welcome to Svādhyāya. In the Yoga Sūtra of Patañjali, Svādhyāya or ‘self study’ is one of the disciplines enshrined for the seeker. We believe that for us to offer our best, we need to seek our best. Through our learning circle, we seek to not only enrich our own knowledge but also form a learning community.
We host learning events for practicing and in-training therapists and professionals offering mental health support.
This learning community enhances knowledge and helps establish a standard of excellence in the areas of self-work, psychotherapy, wellness and mental health.
